Brothers of the Great State of New Mexico,
It is with great pleasure that we issue the official call for the 2014 New Mexico Area Alpha Institute to be held Saturday, September 6th, 2014, at The UNM School of Law located at 1117 Stanford Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. This fourth annual institute will be more interactive than ever before and will focus on our relatedness as a fraternity and not simply the mechanics of chapter operations. This year’s institute will again include a working lunch and all brothers are invited to participate in the post-institute “roll-out” As always, the institute’s purpose is to train, equip, and empower the chapters of Alpha within the State of New Mexico to do the work of Alpha more efficiently and effectively.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS INSTITUTE IS OPEN TO ALL BROTHERS OF ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY, INC., however; each brother must register and pay the minor fee to secure his participation and cover the cost of materials and lunch. The focus of this year’s institute will be on remaining true to our ideals of brotherhood while maintaining organizational excellence.
The attire for the Institute is jacket and tie.
Brothers are also encouraged to bring their own laptop or mobile device if convenient

Registration: Costs, Deadlines & Methods
Cost Justification:
Registration funds will be utilized to cover the cost of the venue, AV usage, all materials supplied for each Institute registrant and the cost of the working lunch.
Deadline Incentive:
Chapter’s registering all elected officers in advance of on-site registration will receive an equal share of any monies generated that exceed event cost.
